Estimator - Roofing/Cladding

Are you an experienced Estimator with a strong background in roofing and cladding? Do you have expertise in liquid roofing?

Our client, a reputable and growing company in the industry, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team and deliver top-quality projects!

As an Estimator, you will:

* Analyse specifications, drawings, and tenders to develop detailed project costs for roofing and cladding works.
* Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information for accurate quoting.
* Build strong relationships to ensure clear communication and effective procurement.
* Stay informed about industry pricing, materials, and techniques to provide competitive bids.
* Prepare and submit tenders, ensuring all deadlines are met and documents are comprehensive.
* Provide cost analysis and support to project managers throughout the lifecycle of a project.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience as an Estimator in roofing and cladding (liquid roofing experience is a plus).
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
* A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
* Familiarity with relevant software for estimation and costing (e.g., Excel, estimating software).
