Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of water-related construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Oversee all site activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
* Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
* Manage site resources, including labor, plant, and materials, ensuring efficient use and minimal waste.
* Provide regular progress reports and attend meetings with clients and senior management.
* Lead and motivate site teams, ensuring a high standard of work and adherence to project specifications.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within the water industry, ideally with AMP framework experience.
* Strong understanding of water sector regulations, standards, and best practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues effectively.
* A background in managing projects within the water sector is highly desirable.
