The Role

As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple refurbishment, fit out and new build projects up to £6m ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will play a crucial role in managing contractual obligations, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and manage multiple construction contracts from pre-construction to completion.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Lead and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement processes.
* Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
* Provide regular reports and updates on project performance and financials.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
