Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team!

About the Role:

As a Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering excellence across their projects. From cost planning to project completion, your expertise will drive success in managing budgets, contracts, and ensuring value for money.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for M&E projects.
* Prepare and negotiate tenders, contracts, and valuations.
* Work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project targets are met.
* Monitor and report on project progress and financial performance.
* Identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying.
* Strong understanding of cost control and contract management within the M&E sector.
* Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
* Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
