Company Announcement

Dear valued clients and partners,

I am writing to inform you of some changes within Building Careers.

Approximately 4 weeks ago, we formally announced the departure of Directors Tamsin Marlowe and Debbie King from our company.

Both Tamsin and Debbie have dedicated 11 years of service to Building Careers, and I express my deepest gratitude for their service but as of a month ago we mutually agreed that it was best for them to pursue new opportunities. Their exit process has been amicable, and this has been a smooth transition.

Mike Faragher, our new Acting Managing Director, brings a wealth of experience and a clear vision for the future. He has already made a big impact with a positive and fresh outlook, as he embarks on taking the team to reach new heights so they can achieve within the business and ultimately help you deliver your business objectives.

Please be assured that our commitment to delivering exceptional service remains stronger than ever. 

We are confident in our new leadership structure and the direction we are heading. All staff and the delivery team remain unchanged. We are in a strong position to provide ‘a one stop shop’ for candidates across the whole suite of blue and white collar in a skills shortage market.

We have been trading for nearly 20 years and I have guided the business through two recessions to becoming the construction and social housing industry’s agency of choice across the North West. This is something I am incredibly proud of.  Our customers – and you are our customers -continue to support us and I’d like to thank you for your loyalty and commitment over the past two decades.

This year you will have seen a step change in pace as we adjust to the ever-changing needs and expectations of the construction and social housing market and as a result Building Careers is now a multi-office business, having expanded into Manchester and Yorkshire.
