The Liverpool in Work (LIW) service offers professional, impartial and confidential information, advice and guidance on finding work.

From CV writing and help with job applications, to redundancy support and advice on financing career plans, Liverpool in Work provides young people with the support they need.

It also offers routeway training programmes into construction, NHS traineeships and social care, all with a guaranteed job interview on completion. This is where Building Careers comes into play with our network within the construction and social housing industries. We know where the right opportunities are for people looking to break into the construction game and where possible we facilitate those for individuals associated with the Liverpool into Work programme.

Over time, we've built up a solid relationship with LIW and have taken candidates who have successfully completed their pathway and placed them into construction roles on sites in the Liverpool City Region.
