Estimator

Our client is a well-established leader in the flooring industry, known for delivering high-quality, bespoke flooring solutions across both commercial and residential sectors. As they continue to expand, they're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join their growing team.

As the Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in the success of each project, working closely with the sales and project management teams to provide accurate and competitive estimates. You'll help ensure pricing remains sharp while maintaining the high standards their clients expect.

What You'll Do:

* Prepare accurate, timely, and competitive estimates for flooring projects.
* Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain up-to-date pricing.
* Collaborate with sales and project delivery teams to finalise proposals.
* Track and manage cost data for ongoing and completed projects.
* Support in tender submissions and client presentations as needed.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in estimating, ideally within flooring or construction.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation software.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
* Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines effectively.
