Contracts Manager - Painting andamp; Decorating
Location: Manchester (operating within North West)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Bonus

Our client are a well-established painting and decorating contractor providing a comprehensive range of services across the residential, industrial, and commercial sectors. As they continue to grow, they're looking to bring an experienced Contracts Manager on board to oversee multiple sites throughout the North West.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of painting and decorating projects across various sites
*

Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
*

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
*

Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
*

Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

*

Strong background in painting and decorating (essential)
*

SMSTS or SSSTS certification
*

Full UK driving licence (required for site travel across the region)
*

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
*

Excellent communication and organisational skills
