Our client is a glazing specialist across the North Wes. Known for delivering innovative façade and glazing solutions across the commercial, residential, and public sectors, they are growing rapidly and now seek a skilled and motivated Estimator to support their expanding project portfolio.

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction process, producing accurate and competitive estimates for a range of architectural glazing and façade projects.

Responsibilities:

*

Analyse architectural drawings, tender documents, and specifications.
*

Prepare detailed cost estimates for curtain walling, windows, doors, and bespoke glazing systems.
*

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to gather accurate pricing.
*

Contribute to bid submissions with clear and professional documentation.
*

Identify value engineering opportunities to enhance project outcomes.
*

Attend site visits and client meetings as required.



About You:

*

2+ years' experience in estimating within the architectural glazing, façades, or building envelope sectors.
*

Strong knowledge of curtain walling systems and aluminium glazing packages.
*

Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
*

Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
*

Commercially aware and detail-oriented.
