Job Opportunity: Site Manager



Location: Newcastle

Duration: 2 Days

Rate: £280 per day

Start Date: Saturday 15th - Sunday 16th

Hours: 7am - 6pm



We are seeking a Site Manager to start on a site in Newcastle on a large Hotel Fit Out contract.



Responsibilities:

* Overseeing Site Operations - Ensure daily site activities run smoothly, coordinating workers, subcontractors, and deliveries.
* Health andamp; Safety Compliance - Enforce safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and ensure PPE is used correctly.
* Project Planning andamp; Scheduling - Monitor progress, manage deadlines, and address any delays or issues.
* Quality Control andamp; Inspections - Ensure work meets industry standards, conducting regular site checks.
* Budget andamp; Resource Management - Track expenses, manage materials, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
* Communication andamp; Reporting - Liaise with clients, senior management, and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving concerns.



Requirements:

* Driving License
* Own PPE
* SMSTS
* CSCS card/ Handamp;S test pass within the last 2 years
* First aid at work
* Fire warden
* Asbestos awareness- UKATA
* Any working at height cards/cert
* Manual handling
* Face fit testing cert
* Ability to work efficiently and follow health and safety guidelines.
