Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Our client a leader in fire protection and safety systems, is on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding commercial team.

Your Role:

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with our Senior QS and Commercial Managers to support all aspects of cost management across projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting with project valuations, variations, and cost reporting
*

Preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities
*

Supporting procurement of subcontractors and materials
*

Monitoring project progress and ensuring financial efficiency
*

Helping ensure compliance with contractual terms and health andamp; safety standards

What We're Looking For:

*

A degree in Quantity Surveying
*

1-2 years of experience in a similar role is advantageous, but graduates are welcome to apply
*

Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
*

Strong communication and organisational skills
*

A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn
*

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with estimating/QS software a plus
*

Full UK driving licence preferred
