Site Manager needed in Spalding Lincolnshire

Working alongside one of my key clients, I'm looking to help recruit a Site Manager, in Saplding Lincs
My client are a housing contractor, known andamp; respected for delivering housing andamp; apartments to the affordable market in andamp; around Greater Manchester and the wider North West, for Housing Associations, Registered Providers andamp; Councils alike.





My client are keen to move quickly on this andamp; secure the right individual early, to get them on site andamp; working closely with the Site Manager.

Working a new-build development of 59 beautiful 1-5 bedroom homes in a stunning countryside setting. These high specification homes make up a modern community and are perfect for a mix of buyers including first-time homeowners, second-steppers, downsizers, investors, families and more.

This is a temporary job for approx 8 weeks but this could be longterm for the right person starting ASAP

Paying a day rate CIS
