Our client specialises in fit-outs and refurbishments across a range of sectors

Our client, a leading interiors contractor, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team in Wigan. Specialising in CAT A andamp; B fit-out projects, this is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of exciting commercial projects and make a significant impact on the delivery of high-quality interiors.

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive cost estimates for CAT A andamp; B fit-out works. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for CAT A andamp; B fit-out projects.
* Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to produce comprehensive estimates.
* Identify project risks and provide solutions to mitigate cost variations.
* Work with project teams to manage budgets and control costs throughout the lifecycle of each project.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather pricing information and ensure project requirements are met.
* Provide regular cost reports and updates to senior management.

About You:

* Proven experience as an Estimator, ideally within CAT A andamp; B fit-out projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost management.
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
