What We're Looking For:

- Enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role within a building consultancy.
- AssocRICS, MRICS or MCIOB qualification as a minimum
