Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge?

Our client is seeking a dedicated and capable Quantity Surveyor to manage upcoming residential sites featuring a mix of houses and flats.

Role Responsibilities:

*Manage projects from inception, including reviewing sites, preparing tender packages, and forming site budgets.
*Conduct thorough quote analysis, attend pre-start meetings, and place material and subcontractor orders.
*Track costs, process monthly subcontractor payments, and prepare, issue, and agree on client valuations.
*Provide support to the buying department when necessary.

*Sites are primarily located between Wrexham and Llandudno, with additional operations in West Wales, particularly around Aberystwyth.
