Quantity Sureyor - Fire

Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a background in the fire protection sector, to provide key commercial support across a variety of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert commercial assistance to project teams.
* Review terms and conditions at the tender stage.
* Prepare monthly project progress valuations.
* Ensure timely and accurate submissions of variations.
* Monitor site progress and identify potential delay events.
* Support and mentor junior team members to develop their skills.
* Attend site visits and client meetings, ensuring strong communication and collaboration.

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in the fire protection sector is preferred, but candidates with a background in construction services will also be considered.
* Strong analytical ability and a talent for interpreting complex data.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Capability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
* Solid knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
* A full, clean driving licence is essential.
