Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Damp Supervisor to manage damp remediation works on social housing projects. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality control, and maintaining health and safety standards while liaising with tenants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise damp works from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
* Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations.
* Monitor work quality and conduct regular inspections.
* Communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and management.
* Maintain accurate records and report progress.
* Manage, support, and train team members.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in damp supervision or related roles in the social housing or construction industry.
* Knowledge of damp remediation techniques and relevant regulations.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Full driving license and ability to travel to sites.

Desirable:

* NVQ Level 2/3 in Damp Proofing or related trade.
* SMSTS/SSSTS certification
