Contracts Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced leader to take charge of a critical commercial project. You'll be based on-site working to:

* Manage 2-3 site management reports, supporting them to achieve KPIs.
* Build strong connections with customers, sub-contractors, suppliers, and team members.
* Guide and educate sub-contractors to maintain and exceed high-quality benchmarks.
* Coordinate with the commercial team to secure new business and meet customer requirements.
* Create and manage construction programs and detailed Construction Phase Plans.
* Oversee PQQ processes, legislation adherence, and specialist guidance.
* Work closely with site teams to allocate resources and solve complex issues.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

* 5+ years of management experience in commercial construction.
* Proven leadership, planning, and communication skills.
* SMSTS certification and a track record of managing contracts and producing detailed project plans.

Highly Desirable:

* CIOB chartered member or NEBOSH qualification.
* Experience in highly regulated industries.
* Proficiency in construction planning software like Asta Power Project.
* A degree in a construction-related discipline.
