Social Housing Joiner Needed in Stockport

Job Description: As a Joiner you will play a pivotal role in fit-out, refurbishment, general maintenance, and repair projects.

Immediate start, Temp to Perm Position, Rate £18 P/H CIS

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience in social housing
* Residency in close proximity to our business operations.
* NVQ certification is preferable.
* Possession of a valid driving license with less than 6 penalty points.
* Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

* Undertake various joinery tasks including fitting doors, windows, kitchens, and flooring.
* Identify and rectify defects in void properties efficiently and effectively.
* Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
* Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.
