Job Title: Groundworker (Social Housing)

Salary: £23 CIS per hour + Van and Fuel Card Provided

Contract: Full-Time, Ongoing Contract



About the Role:

Our client, a leading company within the social housing sector, is seeking experienced Groundworkers to join their team in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals to secure long-term, stable work on social housing projects.

What We Offer:

* Competitive pay rate of £23 per hour (CIS).
* Van and fuel card provided by the company.
* Ongoing contract with regular work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Performing general groundwork, including drainage, paving, kerbing, and fencing on social housing properties.
* Assisting with excavation and installation of foundations and other structures.
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and adheres to health and safety regulations.
* Collaborating with the site team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Groundworker, ideally within the social housing sector or similar projects.
* Valid CSCS card.
* Experience with a wide range of groundwork tasks, including drainage and paving.
* Full UK driving license.
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
