Site Manager - Fast Track Fit Out (Restaurant Projects)

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Site Managers to join a dynamic team working on fast-track fit-out projects for a leading hospitality contractor, specializing in restaurant and pub refurbishments. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-profile, fast-paced projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage site activities for restaurant and pub fit outs.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.
* Maintain health and safety compliance on-site.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in managing fast-tracks fit-out projects, particularly within the hospitality sector.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors efficiently.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
