Your Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial and contractual success of projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Cost Estimation and Budget Management: Accurately preparing and managing project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
* Contract Administration: Managing contracts, including preparation, negotiation, and administration, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
* Financial Reporting: Producing detailed financial reports to monitor project performance and inform decision-making.
* Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with projects.
* Client Liaison: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

What We're Looking For

* Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the construction sector.
* Skills: Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in relevant software.
* Attributes: Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
