My client are an up and coming force. Few house builders - in the North West and North Wales region, at least - will grow more than they're set to in the next 5 years. It would be a great time to join them; inevitably there will be room and opportunity for career progression, in time.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage on-site construction activities for your phases and elements of this development.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
* Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
* Liaise with project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
* Address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction, specifically with timber frame methods.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
