Site Manager

A leading property development company known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects are looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager to join their dynamic team on a new build apartment scheme in Liverpool.

Reporting into a Project Manager, you will lead the site team, manage subcontractors, and uphold health and safety regulations while maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing and coordinating all on-site construction activities.
* Managing and supervising subcontractors and site personnel.
* Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
* Enforcing and maintaining strict health and safety procedures.
* Conducting regular site inspections and quality control checks.
* Reporting progress to senior management and addressing any issues proactively.
* Keeping site records up to date, including daily logs and risk assessments.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
* Previous experience of building apartments or other multi occupancy buildings
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health andamp; safety requirements.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
