Job Title: Operations Manager - Facades andamp; Construction

Location: Tamworth
Salary: £50k - £55k (negotiable) + package
Type: Full-Time, permanent

Are you an experienced Operations Manager with a knack for problem-solving and a strong background in contracts, procurement, and team coordination?

Our client is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth execution of projects. From ordering materials to meeting tight deadlines, you will play a crucial role in the success of our client's operations in the facades and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and smooth project flow.
* Handle contracts, procurement, and build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
* Oversee and streamline the ordering process, ensuring projects stay on track and materials are delivered on time.
* Lead and arrange regular team meetings to align project goals, update progress, and resolve any issues.
* Ensure all projects meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring no disruption to project timelines.

* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Proven experience in operations, ideally within the facades or construction sector.
* The ability to juggle multiple contracts, manage deadlines effectively, and ensure successful project outcomes.
