Job Title: Drylining Site Supervisor (Freelance - 3-Month Contract)

Location: Liverpool
Contract Duration: Approximately 3 months (Freelance)
Start Date: Immediate

Job Description: My client are currently seeking an experienced Drylining Site Supervisor for a short-term freelance contract on a project involving the construction of 4 residential apartment blocks just outside Liverpool city centre. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working with BG internal drylining systems and a proven track record in supervising and coordinating labour teams on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise the installation of BG internal drylining systems across 4 residential apartment blocks.
* Lead and coordinate labour teams to ensure high-quality work and timely delivery of the project.
* Ensure all on-site activities are compliant with health and safety regulations.
* Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and labour teams to keep the project on track.
* Perform site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
* Manage site documentation, reporting progress, and addressing any potential issues promptly.
* Collaborate with the wider project team to ensure efficient project execution.

Requirements:

* SSSTS (Site Supervisors' Safety Training Scheme) certification.
* Valid CSCS card.
* Extensive experience with BG internal drylining systems.
* Proven experience managing residential drylining projects.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks on-site.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with teams, subcontractors, and senior management.
* A proactive and problem-solving approach to on-site challenges.

Additional Information:

* This is a freelance contract, estimated to last for 3 months.
* Day rate of £200 - £230
* Immediate start required.
