Site Engineer

Role Overview:

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of construction projects on-site. You will ensure the efficient operation of the site, compliance with safety regulations, and the successful implementation of engineering designs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise construction activities to ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
* Conduct site surveys and inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to design and quality standards.
* Prepare, review, and monitor site work schedules and progress reports.
* Resolve any technical issues or problems that may arise during construction.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement safety practices on-site.
* Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Skills andamp; Qualifications:

* Proven experience in a site engineering role
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and clients.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
* A proactive and solution-focused approach to work.
