Join our team as a Compliance and Data Integrity Manager and play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, driving performance, and delivering exceptional customer care in property management, lettings, and block management.

About the Role

In this critical position, you will oversee the accuracy and reliability of our data across platforms like MRI Sales and Lettings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies. You'll monitor customer care standards, conduct quality assurance checks, and implement robust processes to improve performance and compliance across all operations.

Primary Responsibilities

Data Integrity, Accuracy, and Reporting:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date property, client, and transaction data in our systems.
* Conduct regular data audits and resolve discrepancies.
* Analyse performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Develop data validation processes to enhance reporting reliability.
* Generate compliance and performance reports for senior management.

KPI Monitoring and Reporting:

* Create and monitor property and block management KPIs.
* Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights.

Quality Assurance and Process Management:

* Conduct audits of workflows, communications, and processes to identify inefficiencies.
* Ensure processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Design and implement strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Customer Care Standards:

* Monitor customer interactions and assess communication quality.
* Provide constructive feedback and recommend training to enhance service.
* Manage formal complaints and oversee resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
* Respond to online reviews to protect and enhance the company's reputation.

Compliance Monitoring:

* Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
* Review client communications and contracts for compliance.
* Conduct periodic compliance audits and risk assessments.

Training and Development:

* Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff compliance and operational skills.
* Create training materials to support staff development.

Performance Improvement:

* Collaborate with team leaders to streamline processes and improve performance.
* Implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Performance Measures

* Deliver accurate performance reports and resolve data issues promptly.
* Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve complaints efficiently.
* Ensure audits demonstrate full adherence to regulatory standards.
* Propose and implement impactful efficiency measures.

Key Requirements and Competencies

* Ability to assess data trends and identify performance gaps.
* Ensures accuracy in data audits and compliance checks.
* Skilled in CRM systems, Excel, and data analysis tools.
* Strong knowledge of property legislation and industry standards.
* Develops and implements strategies for growth and efficiency.
