Senior Quantity Surveyor - Regional Build Contractor

Our client is a leading Regional Main Contractor specialising in student accommodation, mixed use developments, retail, residential developments, hotels and sport and leisure. They offer cutting-edge knowledge and experience in sustainability and digital construction to deliver exceptional results across both the public and private sectors.

They are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their business and work on a large Dandamp;B residential scheme in Manchester.



Duties and responsibilities to include:

* Prepare and monitor cash flow forecast.
* Assess, and report any changes that may affect project costs and or time scale.
* Assist in the control of contract budgets.
* Prepare monthly valuation reports
* Submit invoices for certified value and ensure payments are received on time.
* Value and authorise payments to sub-contractors.
* Attend and contribute to meetings when necessary, building relationships and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
* Monitor the contract progress
