Multi-Trade Painter (Damp, Mold, and Condensation Works)

* Location: Birmingham/Midlands, UK
* Duration: 4-6 Months (Temporary Position)
* Start Date: End of January
* Rate: £19.00-£21.00 per hour CIS

We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Painter to work for one of our social housing clients, specializing in damp, mold, and condensation works across Birmingham and the surrounding Midlands area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out painting and decorating tasks in properties affected by damp, mold, and condensation, bits of Joinery/Plastering
* Prepare surfaces, apply coatings, and ensure a high standard of finish.
* Work across multiple properties within a defined area.
* Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed on-site.

Requirements:

* NVQ or equivalent qualification in Painting andamp; Decorating.
* Previous experience in multi-trade painting, specifically in damp and mold treatments.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently.
* A valid CSCS card and full PPE.
* Strong attention to detail and a professional approach to work.
