Project Quantity Surveyor

My client are a leading construction group operating across a wide range of sectors including accommodation, build-to-rent, residential, and commercial.

They are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business and work on a £14m housing project in Cornwall.

As the Quantity Surveyor, your duties will include:

* Produce accurate monthly valuations on time
* Access, value, and process labour and subcontractor payments, resolving any disputes promptly
* Manage workforce and client for the project
* Achieve best cashflow and variance analysis
* Produce Monthly CVR's
* Report on opportunities, risk, and performance of the project
* Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects.
* Manage project budgets and monitor costs.
* Conduct site visits for accurate estimating.
* Collaborate with project managers and engineers
