Your Role as a Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:

* Manage costs for groundworks and new build housing projects to ensure profitability.
* Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to negotiate terms and ensure cost-effective solutions.
* Monitor project progress, analysing variances and providing accurate reports.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, contracts, and regulations.
* Work closely with project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in groundworks and new build housing.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and contracts.
* Excellent analytical, organisational, and negotiation skills.
