A long-established Regional contractor that undertake new build and refurbishment projects predominantly within the Industrial, Commercial, Retail and Residential sectors are looking to appoint a Project Manager to deliver a steel frame apartment scheme in Bury.

Reporting directly into the Operations Director, you will lead and manage all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Project Manager Duties will include:

* Responsibility for the management, planning, programming and phasing of the project.
* Managing your team; setting objectives and developing people within it
* Acting as the Client point of contact on site
* Ensure best practices and quality are being maintained
* Monitoring and co-ordination of subcontractor activity
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the client and designers
* To monitor the progress of the project and manage issues as they arise
* Responsible for all health and safety on site and liaison with the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Manager
* Control individual Site budgets
* Ensure all documentation is correctly administered and Company Procedures are followed

You will need to have proven experience of successfully delivering multi bed projects such as Apartments, Student Accommodation, or hotels as the Project lead. You will also be customer focused, results driven and Health andamp; Safety conscious.
