Job Title: Repairs Manager
Location: Prescot, Liverpool, UK
Salary: £35,134 - £39,423.

Role Overview:

Join our client's Responsive Repairs andamp; Small Works team to oversee the operational management of responsive repairs, ensuring efficient, customer-focused service delivery while maintaining high standards and health andamp; safety compliance. You will manage a team of operatives and resource schedulers, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the team to achieve key performance targets and improve customer satisfaction.
* Allocate work and ensure operatives are utilized efficiently.
* Conduct pre and post inspections and maintain accurate data.
* Mentor and develop team members, including apprentices.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety and contractual obligations.
* Provide regular performance updates to the Contract Manager.

Person Specification:

* NVQ Level 2/3 in a trade
* SMSTS
* eam management, budget control, audits, and inspections
* Strong communication, organizational, and health andamp; safety knowledge
* Results-driven, customer-focused, proactive in service improvement
