A highly respected and well-established construction contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality housing projects has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Housing Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new build social housing development in Brighouse.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. If you're passionate about driving construction excellence and have a strong background in managing housing developments, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

* Manage Projects: Oversee the day-to-day management of housing sites, ensuring all work aligns with project schedules and plans.
* Ensure Health and Safety: Lead a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all health and safety legislation and company policies.
* Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality standards, ensuring all work meets building regulations and specifications.
* Lead Teams: Effectively manage subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers, ensuring collaboration and performance excellence.
* Problem Solve: Proactively address challenges or delays to maintain project momentum and ensure successful delivery.
* Communication: Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Reporting: Provide clear and accurate updates on site progress, risks, and milestones to senior project teams.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within the new build residential sector.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
* Exceptional leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with clients and teams.
* SMSTS certification.
* A valid CSCS card (essential).
* First Aid at Work certification
* A results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality projects.
