Role Overview:

Join our client's Responsive Repairs and Small Works team to oversee the operational management of responsive repairs, ensuring efficient, customer-focused service delivery while maintaining high standards and health and safety compliance. You will manage a team of operatives and resource schedulers, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the team to achieve key performance targets and improve customer satisfaction.
* Allocate work and ensure operatives are utilized efficiently.
* Conduct pre and post inspections and maintain accurate data.
* Mentor and develop team members, including apprentices.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety and contractual obligations.
* Provide regular performance updates to the Contract Manager.

Key Success Measures:

* Efficient service delivery within budget, on time, and to the required standard.
* Consistently meeting performance targets and customer satisfaction levels.
* Timely, accurate reporting and risk mitigation.

Person Specification:

* Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in a trade, SMSTS, Team supervision qualification
* Experience: Team management, budget control, audits, and inspections
* Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and health andamp; safety knowledge
* Personal Traits: Results-driven, customer-focused, proactive in service improvement
