As a Drylining Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in delivering accurate and competitive cost estimates for their drylining projects.

What you'll be doing:

* Estimating Expertise: Analyzing project specifications, drawings, and ensuring our bids are both competitive and profitable.
* Client Relationships: Liaising with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements.
* Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and opportunities within projects.
* Supplier Partnerships: Developing strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Tender Process: Managing the tender process from start to finish, including preparing tender submissions and presenting proposals to clients.

What you'll need:

* Drylining Know-How: Proven experience as a Drylining Estimator within the construction industry.
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of drylining systems, materials, and installation techniques.
* Software Savvy: Excellent knowledge of estimating software and processes.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
