What You'll Do

* Accurately estimate costs for commercial and residential roofing projects.
* Prepare tenders, budgets, and contracts to ensure project profitability.

* Deliver financial reports and advise on cost-saving strategies.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in the construction or roofing industry.
