Quantity Surveyor - Cladding/Roofing/Facades

Our client, a leading company in the roofing industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Specializing in high-quality roofing solutions for both commercial and residential projects, our client is looking for a professional who is committed to managing costs effectively and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the financial management of roofing projects from inception to completion.
* Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and pricing for roofing works.
* Conduct site measurements, tendering processes, and procurement of materials and subcontractors.
* Manage valuations, variations, and final accounts.
* Track project progress, monitor costs, and ensure adherence to budgets and deadlines.
* Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
* Provide strategic advice on cost management and value engineering solutions.
* Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and health andamp; safety standards.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in the roofing/cladding/facades or construction industry.
* In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and project processes.
* Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management.
* Proficient with MS Office and relevant industry-specific software.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Relevant qualifications (Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or related field).
