Job Opportunity: 1x 360 Machine Operative

Location: Burton on Trent

Duration: 3 Days Work (Thursday, Friday, Tuesday)

Rate: £22 per hour

Start Date: May 1st



We are seeking 1x 360 Machine Operative to operate a 3CX backhoe loader, starting on a site in Burton upon Trent on the 1st of May for three day's work.



Responsibilities:

* Operate a 360 excavator (3CX backhoe loader) safely and efficiently on site
* Carry out excavation, trenching, and material movement tasks for road surfacing projects
* Load, move, and place materials such as tarmac, aggregates, and soil
* Assist with road preparation and foundation works
* Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on the 3CX machine
* Switch between digging and loading operations using the backhoe and loader arms
* Follow site instructions and project specifications accurately
* Work closely with groundworkers and surfacing crews to ensure smooth project delivery
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations and site procedures
* Respond promptly to any operational issues or hazards
* Maintain clear communication with supervisors and site managers
* Help with general labouring tasks if needed when not operating the machine



Requirements:

* Valid CPCS / NPORS 360 Ticket (All sizes)
* Previous experience preferred
* Ability to work efficiently and follow health and safety guidelines.
* Driving License
