Senior Quantity Surveyor | £60,001 - £70,000 | Manchester, Greater Manchester

I am currently working with a dynamic Construction and Property Consultancy looking for an enthusiastic Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester Office.

Our client provides a full range of traditional Quantity Surveying and cost management services specialising in Health, Education, Commercial, Residential and Community sectors.

They take pride in their capacity to approach things from an alternative perspective, challenging conventional thinking and ultimately providing valuable benefits to their clients and stakeholders through modernisation.

The Role:

In this role, you'll be responsible for all aspects of pre and post contract quantity surveying services.

What They Are Looking For:

* Previous experience within a consultancy environment.
* Experience with NEC and JCT of contract.
* Proficient in preparing detailed cost estimates.
* Preparing of cashflow forecasts and financial reports.
* Experience in preparation of tender documents.
* Be capable of taking a project through from inception to completion.
