Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are recruiting for a skilled Electrician to join the team of a housing association in Salford. This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week, including participation in the on-call rota. This is a temp- perm position.



Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, and repair work in residential properties, ensuring the safety and compliance of all electrical systems in line with current regulations.
* Conduct electrical inspections and testing, ensuring compliance.
* Use a PDA
* Liaising with tenants to ensure minimal disruption and effective resolution of issues.
* Diagnose and resolve electrical faults



Requirements

* 2391
* 18th Edition qualification.
* Full UK driving license.
* Experience in the social housing sector.
