*

Assist in value engineering processes, suggesting improvements and cost-saving measures where applicable.
*

Prepare necessary documentation for planning approvals, permits, and regulatory submissions.

Ensure designs meet sustainability and energy-efficiency targets.
*

Assist with coordination of design timelines and contribute to the overall success of the project delivery.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Design Engineer, particularly within the residential house building sector.
*

Strong understanding of the residential design and construction process, including building regulations, planning requirements, and structural considerations.
*

Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools) for producing technical drawings and plans.
*

A solid understanding of health and safety standards within the construction industry.
*

Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to work.
*

Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams.
*

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*

A degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Desirable Skills:

*

Experience working with a PLC residential house builder or large-scale residential projects.
*

Knowledge of modern construction methods, energy-efficient building practices, and sustainability initiatives.
*

Familiarity with 3D modeling and BIM technologies.

Contract Type:
