Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a leading civil engineering and groundworks firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for projects.
*

Manage project budgets and provide cost control advice.
*

Conduct site visits and liaise with project managers and contractors.
*

Monitor and manage procurement processes.
*

Assess project risks and suggest solutions.
*

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

About You:

*

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator, ideally within the civil engineering or groundworks sector.
*

Strong understanding of construction costs, contracts, and project management.
*

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
*

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*

Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Estimation are preferred.
