Experienced Groundworker - Exciting Opportunity with Growing Housing Association

Location: Liverpool, UK
Rate: £19.00 per hour PAYE Umbrella
Contract Type: Temporary with potential for permanent role

One of the fastest-growing housing associations across the North West is looking to expand their team with an Experienced Groundworker. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation with continuous growth and development, offering ongoing opportunities within their repairs and maintenance department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responding to reactive maintenance needs and repairs by appointment, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
* Safely and efficiently use the company van to transport tools and materials to various sites.
* Log all work details and updates using a PDA system.
* Work across various social housing projects, ensuring high standards of quality and service.

Requirements:

* NVQ Groundworks qualification (must be able to provide proof).
* Substantial experience in groundworks, particularly within the social housing industry.
* Full UK driving licence.
* CSCS card.
* Strong customer care skills to interact effectively with tenants and colleagues.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
