Estimator - Industrial Roofing and Cladding

The Role:
As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate cost estimates, analysing project requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Your expertise will help shape project strategies and secure successful bids.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
*

Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather and evaluate pricing information.
*

Identify potential risks and opportunities within project proposals.
*

Prepare detailed reports and present estimates to senior management.
*

Support project teams by providing cost advice throughout project lifecycles.
*

Continuously review and refine estimating processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

About You:

Proven experience as an Estimator in construction, preferably roofing, cladding and facades.
*

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
*

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*

Proficiency in relevant estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*

A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work.
*

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
