The Role:
As an Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in the project lifecycle - managing enquiries, accurately pricing projects, and maintaining strong communication between customers and the sales team. You'll ensure every project runs smoothly from initial enquiry through to quotation, supporting nationwide projects of varying scales.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing and Estimation: Analyse project requirements, assess costs, and produce accurate quotations that reflect both value and quality.

Customer Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing professional and timely responses to enquiries and keeping them informed throughout the process.
*

Quotation Management: Prepare and issue detailed quotes, ensuring clarity and precision in line with customer expectations.
*

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align project goals, communicate updates, and ensure smooth project handovers.
*

Project Coordination: Manage multiple enquiries and projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting key deadlines.
*

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine pricing processes and enhance customer experiences.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as an Estimator is a must, subcontractor experience is a plus
*

Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyse technical drawings and project specifications.
*

Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to liaise directly with clients and internal teams.
*

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
*

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
*

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
