Job Opportunity: 4x Cladders



Location: Leeds

Duration: 4 Weeks

Rate: £200-£220 Per Day

Start Date: Immediate



My client is looking for 4x Cladders with either a valid Blue or Gold CSCS card to start immediately on a large new build site doing composite cladding.



Responsibilities:

* Measuring and cutting cladding materials to fit building specifications.
* Installing various types of cladding, including metal, timber, and uPVC.
* Securing cladding panels to buildings using fixings, adhesives, and support structures.
* Ensuring all work meets health and safety regulations and building standards.
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
* Sealing and waterproofing joints to prevent leaks and improve insulation.
* Repairing and replacing damaged or worn cladding panels.
* Working at heights using scaffolding, MEWPs, or harness systems.
* Coordinating with other tradespeople, such as roofers and insulation installers, to complete projects efficiently.
* Installing composite cladding panels on commercial and residential buildings.
* Cutting and shaping composite panels for a precise fit.
* Securing composite cladding using screws, clips, or adhesive systems.
* Ensuring proper ventilation and waterproofing behind the cladding system.
* Conducting maintenance and repairs on existing composite cladding installations.



Requirements:

* Driving License
* Valid Blue or Gold CSCS
* IPAF and PASMA
* Own PPE
* Ability to work efficiently and follow health and safety guidelines.
