Senior Quantity Surveyor - North London - £80k - £85k + package



The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to manage multiple projects efficiently.



Key Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee all commercial aspects of projects.
* Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost plans.
* Lead procurement, subcontractor management, and contract negotiations.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Conduct risk assessments and provide financial reporting.
* Collaborate with project teams to drive efficiency and cost control.



Requirements

* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
* Strong background in new build projects, ideally steel frame structures.
* Excellent commercial awareness and contract management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
