Architectural Technician

Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy currently recruiting for an Architectural Technician in their growing Manchester office.

My client is a Consultancy working around the North West with a wide range of clients in the Residential, Commercial, Education and Retail sectors. They have been growing steadily over the past couple of years and are looking to bring an Architectural Technician to support the wider team and set up a new service line.

The organisation have a great team ethic, being an SME, they work for each other to ensure that their clients receive the best service possible. They also regularly hold team building activities and have a range of perks to ensure that their employees feel valued.

Their office is located in a prime location within Manchester City Centre with excellent transport links

They require a client facing Architectural Technician. Their role will include drawing up on CAD for the surveyors, attending site meetings and taking measurements. The successful candidate must be experienced in using AutoCAD 2D with experience in the construction industry and must have a good range of knowledge on building pathology and construction methods.

The salary will be negotiable but will likely be between £25k - £35k depending on level of experience.
